Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

Routiful is an internal scheduling and routing tool. By using it, you agree to the terms below.

What Routiful is for

Routiful helps a sales representative plan appointments, calculate driving routes, track mileage, and manage relationships with spa partners. It's built for internal use by the rep and the company they represent — it isn't a public consumer product.

Your account

Access to Routiful is tied to your Microsoft account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the client, appointment, and mileage information you enter.

Acceptable use

  • Use Routiful only for legitimate business scheduling and routing purposes.
  • Don't attempt to access another rep's account or data.
  • Don't use the app to send unsolicited communications to spa partners outside the normal course of business.

No warranty

Routiful is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Driving times, routes, and mileage estimates are calculated by third-party mapping services and may not always be accurate — always use your own judgment, especially around traffic and safety.

Changes

These terms may change as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
